Perhaps you’re feeling more irritable than usual, or find yourself worrying, over and over again, about things you wouldn’t normally stress about? Are you anxious about COVID-19 and how it is affecting your life? Perhaps you don’t know what you’re feeling, all you know is that it doesn’t feel goodWhatever your situation, and however you are feeling, e-wellbeing is a new digital service that is here to help young people in Sussex 

e-wellbeing is different to other websites; a series of questions will help guide you to information and support that is specific and helpful for you. It offers lots of self-help tips, interactive materials and advice which you can use on your own or discuss with friendsIt will also help you make a decision about whether you need extra help and guide you in how to contact a service in your local area.
