Are you feeling low? Perhaps you’re feeling more irritable than usual, or find yourself worrying, over and over again, about things you wouldn’t normally stress about? Are you anxious about COVID-19 and how it is affecting your life? Perhaps you don’t know what you’re feeling, all you know is that it doesn’t feel good? Whatever your situation, and however you are feeling, e-wellbeing is a new digital service that is here to help young people in Sussex.
e-wellbeing is different to other websites; a series of questions will help guide you to information and support that is specific and helpful for you. It offers lots of self-help tips, interactive materials and advice which you can use on your own or discuss with friends. It will also help you make a decision about whether you need extra help and guide you in how to contact a service in your local area.
